6-8 shallots / cheriya ulli , chopped
1 green chilli, cut into thin rounds
1/4 tsp ginger, finely chopped
3 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup yogurt, beaten
salt to taste
1/8 tsp mustard seeds, crushed
- In a bowl, add chopped shallots, green chilli, ginger, tomato and salt and mix well.
- Add beaten yogurt and crushed mustard seeds to this and mix well. Serve with rice and other side dishes..
