Cucumber Sambaram

Ingredients:

1 cucumber / kakkirikka, peeled and chopped
1-2 green chillies
small piece ginger, chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 cup thick yogurt / curd
2 cups of water
salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, add chopped cucumber, green chillies, ginger, few curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves and salt and blend well.
  2. Add ice cubes, yogurt and water to this and blend it well.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with chopped curry leaves.. Serve chilled as a refreshing drink….
