1 big ripe mango
1-2 tsp sugar, or as required
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
a pinch of saffron strands
pistachios, chopped / crushed for garnish
- Peel and chop mango into pieces.
- In a blender, add chopped mango, sugar, cardamom powder and a pinch of saffron and blend well to make a smooth paste. (If the paste is thick, add little milk and blend again).
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for a few hours.
