Ingredients:
2 cup watermelon, chopped
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ginger, chopped
watermelon pieces
ice cubes, as required
2 tsp lemon juice
3-4 mint leaves, chopped
Preparation:
- In a blender, add chopped watermelon, sugar, ginger and 1/2 cup chilled water and blend well.
- Strain it to a bowl/ jug and add lemon juice and chopped mint leaves.
- In a serving glass, add 3 small scoop / pieces of watermelon (I used melon scooper for scooping), 3-4 ice cubes and prepared watermelon drink. Mix well and serve…
