Egg Oats Omlette


1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 onion (3-4 tbsp), finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot, grated
2 green chillies, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil


  1. In a bowl, add rolled oats and 1/2 cup milk, mix well and keep it aside.
  2. Beat eggs in another bowl using spoon.
  3. Add this beaten eggs to oats mixture and mix well.
  4. Then add chopped onion, grated carrot, green chillies, tomato, coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
  5. Add milk as required and mix well to a batter consistency.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and pour the omlette mixture and cook covered at low flame until set.
  7. Then flip to the other side and cook till done. Serve hot…
