Ice Apple Milk Sarbath / Nungu Paal Sarbath

Ingredients:

4 ice apples / palm fruits / nungu
1 1/4 cup cold milk
2 tbsp nannari syrup / naruneendi syrup
2 tsp basil seeds
ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Soak basil seeds in 2 tbsp water for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel and chop the ice apples into fine pieces.
  3. In a large serving glass, add soaked basil seeds, ice apple pieces, cold milk and nannari syrup and mix well with a spoon.
  4. Top it with ice cubes and serve chilled…
