Ingredients:
1 tomato, sliced
1 tsp ginger, chopped
4 shallots, chopped
3 green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 cup yogurt / curd, beaten
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
2 dry red chillies
2 tsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a claypot / pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies, curry leaves, shallots, ginger, green chillies and tomato and saute well.
- Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add yogurt into this and mix well.
