Ingredients:
2 cups gobi / cauliflower, cut into florets
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 onion, finely chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tomato, chopped
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp oil
Preparation:
- Boil water in a pan adding little salt and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder. Add the cauliflower florets into this and boil for 5 minutes. Drain the water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and curry leaves and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomato and cook until soft and the raw smell goes.
- Add coriander powder and chilli powder and mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup of water into this and mix well.
- Then add the boiled cauliflower and salt and mix well and cook covered for 5-7 minutes until done and the water is evaporated.
- Add pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot…
