Today’s post is a simple broccoli stir fry, which is a quick and easy ‘side dish’ for rice. Broccoli is a healthy vegetable which even kids love to eat.
Ingredients:
1 broccoli
1 medium onion,chopped
3 garlic cloves,crushed
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1-2 tsp chilly powder
salt to taste
oil

Preparation:
- Wash and cut broccoli into small florets.
- Heat oil in a pan,add crushed garlic,chopped onion and saute till the onion is soft.
- Stir in chopped broccoli,chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt.Cover and cook it on low flame until broccoli is cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Open lid and stir fry until dry.
