Avocado Shake


A refreshing and healthy drink for a warm day.


Ingredients:


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup chilled milk
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • 3-4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla essence (or 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream)


Preparation:


  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Add the avocado, chilled milk, crushed ice, sugar, and vanilla essence (or ice cream) to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
