Avocado Shake
A refreshing and healthy drink for a warm day.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup chilled milk
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
- 3-4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla essence (or 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream)
Preparation:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
- Add the avocado, chilled milk, crushed ice, sugar, and vanilla essence (or ice cream) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
