A refreshing and healthy drink for a warm day.
Avocado Shake
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 cup chilled milk
1/4 cup crushed ice
3-4 tbsp sugar (or more,depending on your taste)
1/2 -1 tsp vanilla essence (or 2 scoop of vanilla ice cream)
Directions
- Cut avocado into half and scoop out the flesh.
- Blend this with crushed ice, sugar and vanilla essence to a smooth paste.
- Then add chilled milk into it and blend it for a minute.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve…
