Easy to prepare and healthy breakfast…
1 cup roasted rava (semolina)
1 small onion chopped
1/4 tsp chopped ginger
1/2 tsp chopped green chilly
1 finely chopped carrot
2 cup water
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal (black gram dal)
- Heat oil/ghee in a pan ,splutter mustard seeds and fry urad dal till brown.
- Add onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves and then saute for few minutes.
- Now add the finely chopped carrot ,mix well and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add water and required salt .When the water starts boiling, add 1 cup roasted rava to it with constant stirring and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
