Ingredients:
250 gm kovakka / ivy gourd
1 onion chopped
1 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
curry leaves
oil
salt
Preparation:
- Cut kovakka into thin round pieces and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan ,add chopped onion and curry leaves and saute till the onion is soft.
- Then add chopped kovakka, chilly powder , turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
- Cover and cook for few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover and stir fry until dry.Serve with rice.
