2 cups watermelon, seeds removed and cubed
1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
4-5 tbsp sugar (add to your taste)
- In a blender, add the chopped cucumber, watermelon, lemon juice and required sugar and blend well until smooth.
- Strain the prepared mixture and pour into the popsicle mould and freeze it for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- To release the popsicles, run the mould under the warm water for 2-30 seconds…Serve it immediately…
