Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas / plantains / nendrapazham
2 tbsp ghee
sugar, as required
Preparation:
- Peel the bananas and slice them length wise.
- Heat ghee in a frying pan and place the banana slices in the pan.
- Fry them in low medium flame until golden brown.
- Then flip them over and cook it for another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle sugar over the roasted bananas and switch off the flame…Serve hot..
