Omelette Bread Toast

Ingredients:

4 eggs

5 bread slices

1 small onion, finely chopped

1-2 green chillies, finely chopped

2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

1 tsp pepper powder

1/2-1 tsp red chilli flakes

salt to taste

2-3 tbsp butter, for frying/ toasting

Preparation:

  1. Break eggs in a bowl and beat well with a spoon or fork.
  2. Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Heat a frying pan and melt little butter at medium flame.
  4. Dip each bread slice in the egg mixture thoroughly and toast/ fry both sides till golden brown on low-medium heat. Serve as a snack..
