Crispy Fried Salami

Ingredients:
150 gm beef / chicken salami
3-4 tbsp cornflour
a pinch of salt
bread crumbs, as required
oil for frying
Preparation:
- Cut the salami into thin slices.
- In a bowl, mix cornflour with little water and a pinch of salt to make a batter.
- Dip the salami slices in cornflour batter and then coat in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry them on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oil and drain them on a paper towel....Serve hot..
