Crispy Fried Salami

Ingredients:

150 gm beef / chicken salami

3-4 tbsp cornflour

a pinch of salt

bread crumbs, as required

oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Cut the salami into thin slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornflour with little water and a pinch of salt to make a batter.
  3. Dip the salami slices in cornflour batter and then coat in bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry them on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Remove from the oil and drain them on a paper towel....Serve hot..
