Pongu Milkshake / Coconut Sprout Milkshake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup / 2 pongu ( coconut sprout )
1 1/2 – 2 cup chilled milk
1/2 cup sugar, or as required

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, add chopped pongu, chilled milk and sugar and blend well until smooth.
  2. Pour the prepared milkshake into serving glass and serve…
  • You can garnish with crushed cashew nuts / pistachios etc…
