Egg Oats Omlette

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 onion (3-4 tbsp), finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot, grated
2 green chillies, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add rolled oats and 1/2 cup milk, mix well and keep it aside.
- Beat eggs in another bowl using spoon.
- Add this beaten eggs to oats mixture and mix well.
- Then add chopped onion, grated carrot, green chillies, tomato, coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
- Add milk as required and mix well to a batter consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour the omlette mixture and cook covered at low flame until set.
- Then flip to the other side and cook till done. Serve hot...
