Biscoff Banana Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup plain flour / whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
80 gm / 6 tbsp melted ghee
100 gm / 1/2 cup biscoff spread, melted
2 ripe medium bananas, mashed well
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup chocolate chips
2-3 biscoff biscuits, broken into pieces

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius. Grease a loaf pan with butter or spray with baking spray ( or line with baking paper).
  2. In a large bowl, add melted ghee, melted biscoff spread, mashed banana, castor sugar, whole wheat flour / plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt and chocolate chips and stir lightly to combine until just mixed.
  3. Transfer this batter to the prepared loaf pan and add biscoff biscuit pieces on top.
  4. Bake it in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the tester comes out clean.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely… Then slice the bread and serve…
