Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup plain flour / whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
80 gm / 6 tbsp melted ghee
100 gm / 1/2 cup biscoff spread, melted
2 ripe medium bananas, mashed well
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup chocolate chips
2-3 biscoff biscuits, broken into pieces
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius. Grease a loaf pan with butter or spray with baking spray ( or line with baking paper).
- In a large bowl, add melted ghee, melted biscoff spread, mashed banana, castor sugar, whole wheat flour / plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt and chocolate chips and stir lightly to combine until just mixed.
- Transfer this batter to the prepared loaf pan and add biscoff biscuit pieces on top.
- Bake it in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the tester comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely… Then slice the bread and serve…
