Ingredients:
1 small raw mango / pacha manga
small piece ginger
2 shallots
1-2 green chillies / 1 bird’s eye chilli (kanthari)
1 tbsp curry leaves, chopped
2 small sprig coriander leaves
salt to taste
Preparation:
- Peel and chop raw mango into small pieces.
- In a blender, add chopped mango, green chillies, ginger, shallots, few curry leaves, salt and 1 cup of water and blend well.
- Add coriander leaves and blend this again.
- Strain it and pour into serving glass, garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves and serve as a refreshing drink with ice cubes…
