Pacha Manga Sambaram / Raw Mango Sambaram


1 small raw mango / pacha manga
small piece ginger
2 shallots
1-2 green chillies / 1 bird’s eye chilli (kanthari)
1 tbsp curry leaves, chopped
2 small sprig coriander leaves
salt to taste


  1. Peel and chop raw mango into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, add chopped mango, green chillies, ginger, shallots, few curry leaves, salt and 1 cup of water and blend well.
  3. Add coriander leaves and blend this again.
  4. Strain it and pour into serving glass, garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves and serve as a refreshing drink with ice cubes…
