1 cup broccoli, steamed
1 cup sweetcorn kernels, steamed
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/3 cup yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard sauce (optional)
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
- In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard sauce, honey, olive oil, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
- Add chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, steamed broccoli and corn and mix well.
