Mango Mint Raita

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped
handful of fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup yogurt
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
few mango pieces

Preparation:

  1. Add chopped mango and mint leaves into a blender and blend well to a paste.
  2. In a bowl, add yogurt and beat well using a whisk.
  3. Add mango paste, salt, chilli powder and cumin powder into this and mix well. Add water if required and mix well.
  4. Garnish with mango pieces, little cumin powder and chilli powder…Serve with pulao, biriyani etc…
