Mango Mint Raita

Ingredients:
1/2 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped
handful of fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup yogurt
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
few mango pieces
Preparation:
- Add chopped mango and mint leaves into a blender and blend well to a paste.
- In a bowl, add yogurt and beat well using a whisk.
- Add mango paste, salt, chilli powder and cumin powder into this and mix well. Add water if required and mix well.
- Garnish with mango pieces, little cumin powder and chilli powder...Serve with pulao, biriyani etc…
