Mini Podi Dosa ( Coin Dosa )


2 cups dosa batter
1 tbsp idli podi / milagai podi / chutney powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp urad dal
2 dry red chillies, broken
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tbsp ghee


  1. Heat a pan and drop a table spoon of batter and make 20-25 small coin sized dosas. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and urad dal.
  3. Add dry red chillies and curry leaves and fry. Add idli podi into this and mix well.
  4. Then add prepared mini dosas and mix well till dosas are well coated with podi. Serve hot with sambar…
