Ingredients:
2 cups dosa batter
1 tbsp idli podi / milagai podi / chutney powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp urad dal
2 dry red chillies, broken
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tbsp ghee
Preparation:
- Heat a pan and drop a table spoon of batter and make 20-25 small coin sized dosas. Keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and urad dal.
- Add dry red chillies and curry leaves and fry. Add idli podi into this and mix well.
- Then add prepared mini dosas and mix well till dosas are well coated with podi. Serve hot with sambar…
