Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp plain flour
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
salt to taste
oil, for frying
few curry leaves
2 green chillies, halved
Preparation:
- Boil eggs and cut each into small pieces.
- In a bowl, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, plain flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, salt and enough water and make a batter.
- Heat oil in a pan. Dip each egg piece in batter and carefully drop into hot oil and fry them on medium flame till all sides are golden brown.
- Remove it from the oil and drain them on a paper towel.
- Then fry curry leaves and slit green chillies.
- Garnish the fried eggs with fried curry leaves and green chillies.. Serve hot…
