Egg 65

Ingredients:

4 eggs
2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp plain flour
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
salt to taste
oil, for frying
few curry leaves
2 green chillies, halved

Preparation:

  1. Boil eggs and cut each into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, plain flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, salt and enough water and make a batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Dip each egg piece in batter and carefully drop into hot oil and fry them on medium flame till all sides are golden brown. 
  4. Remove it from the oil and drain them on a paper towel.
  5. Then fry curry leaves and slit green chillies.
  6. Garnish the fried eggs with fried curry leaves and green chillies.. Serve hot…
