Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
a pinch of salt
1 egg
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
3-4 tbsp sugar
1 cup thick coconut milk
oil, for frying
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, add rice flour and a pinch of salt and mix well.
- In another bowl, add egg, cardamom powder and sugar and mix well using whisk.
- Add this egg mixture to the rice flour and mix well.
- Then add coconut milk little by little and mix well with hand to a batter. The batter shouldn’t be too thick or runny.
- Heat oil in a pan and drop little batter with hand / spoon and fry till golden brown at medium flame.
