Ingredients:
5 eggs
3-4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp cashew nuts
1 tbsp raisins
2 tsp ghee
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add eggs, sugar, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt and beat well till sugar dissolves using a fork / whisk.
- Heat ghee in a thick bottomed non stick pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins and keep it aside.
- In the same pan, pour the prepared egg mixture and cook covered at low flame.
- After 5 minutes, open the lid and place fried cashew nuts and raisins and then cook covered at low flame for about 10-15 minutes or till the skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove to a serving dish, cut it into pieces and serve..
