Ingredients:
3 potatoes
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
salt to taste
3-4 tbsp cornflour
oil, for frying
Preparation:
- Boil the potatoes, peel and mash it well without any lumps.
- To the mashed potatoes, add pepper powder, garlic powder, oregano , salt and cornflour and mix well and make a soft dough.
- Grease hand with little oil and take little potato dough and make a ball. Place it on the palm, flatten it and make a hole in the centre.
- Heat oil in a pan and drop the prepared potato rings into the hot oil and fry them until golden brown at medium flame.
- Remove from the oil and drain them on a paper towel….Serve with tomato sauce…
