Custard Apple Cream / Sitaphal Cream

Ingredients:

2 custard apples
1 cup fresh cream
3 tbsp condensed milk
crushed almonds or cashew nuts

Preparation:

  1. Strain the custard apple pulp in a strainer to separate the seeds and pulp.
  2. In a bowl, add fresh cream and condensed milk and beat / mix until combined.
  3. Add the custard apple pulp and crushed nuts to the cream and mix well.
  4. Keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and serve cold…
