Watermelon Feta Salad


4 cups watermelon, cubed
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1/2 tsp salt
few mint leaves
3-4 black olives, chopped (optional)


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt and crushed pepper to prepare a salad dressing (or use a salad dressing shaker).
  2. Place cubed watermelon in a large bowl and pour the dressing and toss together to coat.
  3. Add the crumbled feta cheese on top of the salad and toss lightly.
  4. In a serving plate, place some iceberg lettuce leaves.
  5. Then transfer the prepared salad and top it with black olives and few mint leaves and then serve…
  • If making ahead, refrigerate the cubed watermelon and salad dressing separately and then assemble the salad right before serving…
