Cucumber / Kakkirikka Ozhichu Curry

Ingredients:
1 cucumber ( 1-1 1/2 cup )
1 medium tomato
3-4 shallots, chopped
3 green chillies, chopped
1 1/2-2 cup thick curd / yogurt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 dry red chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
salt to taste
1- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Chop the cucumber into small pieces.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add dry red chillies, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and shallots and saute at low flame.
- Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
- Add chopped tomato and saute. Don't overcook.
- Switch off the flame and add chopped cucumber and mix well.
- Then add beaten yogurt into this and mix well. Serve with rice...
