Ingredients:
7-8 big sausages
1 tsp + 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
a pinch of turmeric powder
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp ginger, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 1/2 – 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
3-4 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper powder
a pinch of sugar
salt to taste
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
oil , as required
Preparation:
- Chop the sausages into pieces and marinate it with 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry the marinated sausages until it gets cooked. Keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies and saute.
- Add chopped onions and capsicum and saute well.
- Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, pepper powder and sugar and mix well.
- Then add cornflour mixed with 1 cup of water and mix well.
- When it starts to boil well, add fried sausages and stir well for 1-2 minutes for the sauce to coat well. Adjust the salt.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves and remove from flame…Serve hot…
