Mint Sambaram / Pudina Sambaram

Ingredients:

1/2 cup pudina / mint leaves, chopped
small piece ginger, chopped
2 shallots, chopped
1 green chilli
a pinch of cumin powder
salt to taste
1- 1 1/2 cup thick yogurt / curd
2 cups of water

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, add chopped mint leaves, ginger, shallots, green chilli, cumin powder, salt and yogurt and blend well.
  2. Transfer this to a bowl and add required water and mix well.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with mint leaves and serve as a refreshing drink….
