Pineapple Inji Thairu

Ingredients:

1 cup ripe pineapple pieces, chopped
1 tsp sugar
few curry leaves, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1-2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp salt
2 cups yogurt / curd

Preparation:

  1. Cut pineapple into small pieces and boil it with 1 tsp sugar and 1/2 cup of water till soft. 
  2. Then just crush the pineapple pieces with chopped green chilli, ginger and curry leaves using a mortar and pestle.
  3. Add yogurt and salt to this and mix well.
  4. Garnish with chopped curry leaves and serve with rice…
