Pappadam Pachadi

Ingredients:
3 pappadams
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
shallots, crushed
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 cup yogurt, beaten
3/4 tsp mustard seeds
oil, as required
Preparation:
- Cut pappadams into small pieces and fry them in oil and keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves, chopped green chillies, onion, crushed shallots and salt and saute well.
- Add red chilli flakes and mix well.
- Switch off the flame and add yogurt and mix well.
- Add 3/4 of the fried pappadams into this and mix well.
- While serving, add remaining fried pappadams and serve with rice...
