Avocado – Blueberry Milkshake

Ingredients:

1 small ripe avocado
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 cups chilled milk
sugar as required

Preparation:

  1. Cut avocado into half and scoop out the flesh.
  2. In a blender, add avocado, blueberries, chilled milk and sugar and blend well until smooth.
