Air Fried Tandoori Chicken Drumettes

Ingredients:


3/4 kg chicken drumettes

4-5 tbsp yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp cumin powder

3/4 tsp kasuri methi, crushed

1/4 tsp pepper powder

salt to taste

1 tbsp oil

melted butter, for brushing


Preparation:


  1. In a bowl, add yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, kasuri methi, pepper powder, salt and 1 tbsp oil and mix well.
  2. Add cleaned chicken drumettes into this mixture and marinate well. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  3. Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
  4. Line the air fryer tray with baking paper / aluminium foil and grease with oil / butter.
  5. Arrange the chicken drumettes as a single layer, do not overlapping.
  6. Then air fry at 200°C for 15-16 minutes and then flip over to the other side and baste / brush with melted butter and air fry them for another 10-12 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and lightly brush with melted butter. Serve with green chutney...
