Avocado Breakfast Shake

Ingredients:
1 big ripe avocado
1 medium banana ( or 2 small bananas)
500 ml chilled milk
honey or sugar, as required
10 almonds
2 tsp chia seeds
Preparation:
- Soak almonds in hot water for 10 minutes. Once it is cool, remove the skin and keep it aside.
- Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup of water and keep it aside.
- Cut the avocado, discard its seed and scoop out the flesh and add it to a blender.
- Add chopped banana, almonds, milk and honey and blend well until thick and creamy.
- Add soaked chia seeds and blend it again lightly.
- Healthy shake is ready...Pour into serving glasses and then serve....
