Balloon Bread / Fried Bread

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
150 ml lukewarm milk
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sesame seed
oil, for frying
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add plain flour and salt and mix well and keep it aside.
- In another large bowl, add lukewarm milk, yeast and sugar and mix well.
- Add the flour and 1 tbsp oil into this and mix until everything comes together. Then knead to make a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead well for 5 minutes to a soft dough.
- Grease the bowl with little oil and place the dough and apply some oil and keep it covered for 60-90 minutes.
- After 90 minutes, punch the dough to release the air. Shape the dough into a log and then divide equally and shape into balls.
- Take milk in a bowl and sesame seeds in a plate.
- Flatten the dough balls lightly and dip in the milk and coat with sesame seeds.
- Gently roll out to thin sheets and cut into four.
- Transfer into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and fry them in batches until golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and drain them on paper towels... Serve hot...
