Biscoff Ice cream Sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
200 g condensed milk
1/4 cup biscoff spread
12 lotus biscoff biscuits
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, add whipping cream and whip on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Add condensed milk and biscoff spread and beat on low speed until everything is well combined.
- Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and arrange half of biscoff biscuits in the base.
- Pour the prepared ice cream mixture over it and then cover with remaining biscuits.
- Freeze overnight or until the ice cream sets. Then remove from the loaf pan and cut into sandwiches..
