Biscoff Ice cream Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 cup whipping cream

200 g condensed milk

1/4 cup biscoff spread

12 lotus biscoff biscuits

Preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add whipping cream and whip on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add condensed milk and biscoff spread and beat on low speed until everything is well combined.
  3. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and arrange half of biscoff biscuits in the base.
  4. Pour the prepared ice cream mixture over it and then cover with remaining biscuits.
  5. Freeze overnight or until the ice cream sets. Then remove from the loaf pan and cut into sandwiches..
