Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup blueberries

a pinch of salt

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup greek yogurt

1-2 tsp maple syrup

chopped almonds

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl , add oats, salt, blueberries, milk, yogurt, maple syrup and chia seeds and mix well.
  2. Transfer to a mason jar / glass and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with blueberries and chopped almonds... Serve...
