Ingredients:


2 cups desiccated coconut

180 ml / 3/4 cup condensed milk

250 gm milk chocolate, melted


Preparation:


  1. In a bowl combine desiccated coconut and condensed milk to make the filling.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals.
  3. Pour a layer of chocolate into small heart-shaped moulds and swirl around to cover all surfaces.
  4. Place the chocolate in the freezer to harden before adding the filling.
  5. Fill the moulds with the coconut filling and pour a layer of chocolate to seal the mould.
  6. Place it into the freezer and enjoy once set...
