Ingredients:
2 cups desiccated coconut
180 ml / 3/4 cup condensed milk
250 gm milk chocolate, melted
Preparation:
- In a bowl combine desiccated coconut and condensed milk to make the filling.
- Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals.
- Pour a layer of chocolate into small heart-shaped moulds and swirl around to cover all surfaces.
- Place the chocolate in the freezer to harden before adding the filling.
- Fill the moulds with the coconut filling and pour a layer of chocolate to seal the mould.
- Place it into the freezer and enjoy once set...
