Broccoli Masala

Ingredients:
1 broccoli
2 onions, chopped
1" piece ginger, crushed
4 garlic, crushed
1 big tomato, finely chopped
4 green chillies, chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
1 1/2- 2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt
few coriander leaves
Preparation:
- Wash and cut broccoli into florets.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and saute well till transparent.
- Add crushed ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute well.
- Add chopped tomato and saute till soft.
- Then add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and curry leaves and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and salt and mix well.
- Cover and cook it on low flame till done, stirring in between.
- Add coriander leaves, mix well and remove from flame.....Serve hot...
