buttermilk-chutney

Ingredients:


1 cup grated coconut

2-3 green chillies

salt to taste

1 1/4 cup buttermilk / moru

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

2 dried red chillies

1 sprig curry leaves

1 tbsp coconut oil


Preparation:


  1. In a blender, add grated coconut, green chillies, salt and little water and grind well to a paste.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl and add buttermilk and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and add dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Pour the seasoning over the chutney, mix well and serve with idli/ dosa.....
