Cabbage Pakoda

Ingredients:
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
3 green chillies, chopped
few curry leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp chilli powder
a pinch of turmeric powder
3/4-1 cup gram flour/ kadalapodi
2 tbsp rice flour
salt
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add chopped cabbage, onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
- Add gram flour and rice flour to this and mix well to form medium thick paste by adding little water.
- Heat oil in a pan, drop little batter using spoon or hand and deep fry till golden and crisp.
