Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 green cardamoms, crushed
2 tsp tea powder
1 1/2 tsp sugar or as required
1 cup milk
Preparation:
- In a sauce pan, add water and crushed cardamoms and boil.
- Then add tea powder and boil well for a minute.
- Add milk and sugar and mix well and let it boil at medium flame.
- Reduce the flame to low and boil for another 30 seconds and switch off the flame.
- Strain the tea into a large mug or tea pot and then pour it into a cup / serving glass. Serve hot and enjoy !
