Ingredients:
1 carrot, boiled / steamed
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk ( milk of your choice )
1-2 tsp honey / maple syrup, adjust to your taste
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
chopped nuts / almonds, for topping
raisins, for topping
Preparation:
- In a blender, add boiled / steamed carrot pieces, yogurt, milk and honey and blend well.
- In a jar / container, add oats, chia seeds, chopped walnuts and prepared carrot mixture and mix it together until evenly combined.
- Cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top it with chopped nuts / almonds and raisins and serve...
