Ingredients:


700 gm boneless chicken

1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

1 egg

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp chicken powder

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1/4 tsp white pepper powder

1 tsp paprika

salt to taste

120 gm mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cubed ( as required )


For Coating:


2 eggs, beaten

1 cup bread crumbs, or as required (also can use panko bread crumbs)


oil, for frying


Preparation:


  1. Grind the chicken pieces using a food processor or blender and keep it aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add ground chicken, 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs, 1 egg, garlic powder, chicken powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, paprika and salt and mix until well combined.
  3. Apply little oil on hand and make lemon sized ball of the mixture and flatten it in your palm.
  4. Then place a cheese cube in the center and wrap the chicken around it and seal tightly and shape into nuggets.
  5. Repeat the same with the remaining mixture and cheese cubes.
  6. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Dip each nugget into the beaten egg and then in bread crumbs until evenly coated.
  7. Place the nuggets in the fridge for 15 minutes to help them hold their shape better during frying.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and gently drop them in the hot oil and fry them in batches until it turns golden brown and fully cooked on low-medium flame.
  9. Remove from the oil and drain them on a paper towel....Serve hot..
