Chicken Macaroni

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup macaroni
250 g chicken, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 green chillies, finely chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
3-4 tbsp spring onions, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
oil, as required
Preparation:
- Boil water in a deep pan, add macaroni, 1 tsp of oil and salt and cook for 8-10 minutes or according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped spring onion whites and saute well.
- Add finely chopped onions and little salt and saute. Add chopped capsicum and spring onion green and saute for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a thick bottomed pan and add ginger-garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
- Add chopped green chillies and mix well.
- Add chicken pieces and saute well adding salt till the colour changes to white.
- Then cook it covered at low flame for 7-8 minutes.
- Add chilli flakes and chilli powder and mix well.
- Add vinegar, tomato sauce and soy sauce and mix well at high flame.
- Add sautéed onion mixture and mix well.
- Then add cooked macaroni and mix well till masala is well coated. Adjust the salt.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve...
