Ingredients:


1/2 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes

1/2 cup yogurt

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 tsp cumin powder

2 tsp white pepper powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

2-3 green chillies, finely chopped

2 tsp lemon juice

1/3 cup cream

salt to taste

1/2 tsp kasuri methi

1-2 tbsp oil, as required


Preparation:


  1. In a bowl, add cleaned chicken pieces, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, white pepper powder, coriander powder, finely chopped green chillies, lemon juice, salt and cream and combine everything well.
  2. Cover and keep it refrigerated for 5-8 hours or overnight ( or for at least 2 hours ).
  3. Take it out from refrigerator and add kasuri methi and mix until combined.
  4. Take skewers and insert 5-6 marinated chicken pieces on each skewer.
  5. Heat oil in a tawa and place the skewers and cook over high flame for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Then reduce the flame and cook over medium flame until the chicken is done for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning the skewers for even cooking.
